Payment & Cancellation Policy:
- All new face-to-face clients are required to pay a non-refundable 50% deposit at the time of booking.
- Online appointments require full payment at the time of booking.
- Appointments are not confirmed until payment is received.
- Cancellations made on the day or the day before will be charged the full session fee.
