A you that has the ability to let go of those unhelpful triggers and drivers.

Hypnotherapy for Health

Hypnotherapy for Health is a four week programme that can help with the following issues below this will be constructed and specifically designed for you by combining the Hypnotherapy with Psychotherapy :

Traditional Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy for the above issues is based on a minimum of three sessions. I believe it requires at least three sessions for me have a realistic chance to achieve the changes you wish to achieve. I will focus my full attention, and work with you to the best of my ability to address the issues you present.
